Welcome to Sacred Couture Apparel. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our products, designs, or branding without express written permission from Sacred Couture Apparel.

2. Product Information & Pricing

Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in South African Rands (ZAR). Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Colors & Images: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer or phone screen's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
Availability: All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Scope: We ship exclusively within South Africa. International shipping is not supported.
Delivery Timelines:
- Express Delivery: 3–5 business days
- Standard Delivery: 5–8 business days
Courier Responsibility: Delivery timeframes begin once your parcel has been handed over to our courier partner. Sacred Couture Apparel is not liable for shipping delays caused by courier operations, weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

5. Return & Refund Policy (All Sales Are Final)

Strict No-Refund Policy: To guarantee that every customer receives 100% brand-new, untouched, and hygienic garments, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, monetary refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, you must notify us immediately at sacred.couture.apparel@gmail.com with your order number and photo evidence. Once evaluated and verified, we will issue a brand-new replacement.

6. Protection of Personal Information (POPIA)

We respect your privacy and process your personal information in compliance with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your data is strictly used to fulfill your order, arrange delivery, and communicate with you regarding your purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, product designs, graphics, text, and images—is the exclusive property of Sacred Couture Apparel and is protected by applicable South African and international intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sacred Couture Apparel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
